Marcus Jordan, the son of basketball icon Michael Jordan, was arrested in Florida early Tuesday morning on charges of DUI, drug possession, and resisting arrest. The 34-year-old, known for his appearances on reality TV shows like The Traitors and The Real Housewives of Miami, was reportedly intoxicated when police found his car stuck on railroad tracks near a strip club.

According to an arrest affidavit, Marcus Jordan’s blue Lamborghini was discovered stranded on railroad tracks near Greenwood Drive and Mechanic Street at approximately 1:14 a.m. Maitland police officers arrived at the scene after being informed that the vehicle had previously fled a traffic stop initiated by Seminole County deputies.
Upon approaching the vehicle, officers detected a strong smell of alcohol. Jordan, who was in the driver’s seat, appeared disoriented, had slurred speech, and his eyes were bloodshot. A woman was also in the passenger seat.

Bodycam footage shows officers warning Jordan about an approaching train. Instead of exiting the car, Jordan reportedly attempted to accelerate, but the vehicle remained stuck. Officers repeatedly asked him to get out for safety, but he insisted on trying to push the car off the tracks with manpower.
During the search, police found a small plastic bag containing a white powdery substance in Jordan’s right pants pocket, which later tested positive for cocaine. Officers stated that Jordan was uncooperative, refusing to comply with instructions and stretching his legs in the back of the squad car to prevent the door from closing.

Following his arrest, Marcus Jordan was transported to the Orange County DUI Center. Police noted that their patrol vehicle began to smell strongly of alcohol after Jordan was placed inside. During the ride, he allegedly sang continuously, further indicating his intoxicated state.
